As part of our development program, OIB has carefully planned the 135-acre Senkulmen Business Park to meet the requirements of business and the local area and to embrace Senkulmen’s regional landscape character and climate. The business park overlooks the iconic nʕaylintn (McIntyre Bluff) or ‘Indian Head’ bluff.
