Senkulmen Business Park

Located on 32,000 acres of British Columbia’s most beautiful country.

The Osoyoos Indian Band is located on 32,000 acres of British Columbia’s most beautiful country. This location is primed for economic growth and provides an excellent business opportunity for a variety of industries. With economic growth comes responsibility, and the Band strives to balance respect for the land with economic initiatives that provide social, business, and employment opportunities.

The significance of the Senkulmen Business Park is the application of contemporary environmental practices in land development, building construction and operations. The Senkulmen Business Park has established itself as a model for not only First Nations, but for all communities.

Senkulmen offers fully-serviced light industrial land with flexible lot sizes, direct highway access, local workforce and three globally recognized anchor tenants: Arterra Wines Canada, Inc. (including national brands Jackson Triggs and Inniskillin), the Provincial Government of British Columbia and Tim Hortons. The industrial warehouse space for lease, shovel-ready sites, and on-site services enable business to establish quickly and grow with speed and ease.

As part of our development program, OIB has carefully planned the 135-acre Senkulmen Business Park to meet the requirements of business and the local area and to embrace Senkulmen’s regional landscape character and climate. The business park overlooks the iconic nʕaylintn (McIntyre Bluff) or ‘Indian Head’ bluff.

The layout capitalizes on the spectacular views of nʕaylintn (McIntyre Bluff) and the surrounding hills, while maintaining a balance with the natural landscape through the use of robust and authentic local materials: simple clean lines, forms, and colors that harmonize with the textures and colors of the local landscape.

Inspired by the desert of the South Okanagan, our mission is to create an economically viable and ecologically sustainable industrial park developed with sustainable practices in land development, building construction, and operations.
